  • Entrance to the rose garden and museum: €5,50
  • Entrance to the shop & terrace is free
  • Entrance to the garden and museum is free for people under the age of 18 and residents of Lottum.
  • Annual passes are available at €15, and offer unlimited access to the garden and museum.

Opening hours

Open daily
from 10:00 hr to 17:00 hr
from May up to and including October.

Closed on August 7, 8 & 12 due to the construction of the Rose Festival Lottum, this party will take place on August 9, 10 & 11.

CHILDREN

We have developed a fun treasure hunt for children: they can learn about roses, how nature protects our roses and what can be seen in the gardens. A prize is assured.

Children are free to use the play corner at the museum. We offer self-made ‘Rozenhof’ colouring pages.

Persons under the age of 18 have free access to De Rozenhof.

GROUPS AND EVENTS

At De Rozenhof we offer interesting group packages for groups of 4 people or more. We also organize various annual events.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • The site is flat and wheelchair-friendly.
  • A toilet for the disabled is available.
  • You can borrow a wheelchair during your visit. Please book in advance.
  • You can reach us from the market square, which also serves as a car park.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash.

DRINKS

For coffee, tea and other refreshments, you have free access to the knowledge centre and its covered terrace.

SHOP

All kinds of rose products can be found in our shop near the cash register: Cosmetic rose products, culinary rose products, soaps, fragrant products and many fun items with images of roses.

WALKING & CYCLING ROUTES

De Rozenhof Lottum is a good starting and ending location for fascinating walking and cycling routes.

The walking trails are part of ‘knopenlopen’ (regional system of walking by numbers). You recognize the selected route on the maps by the horizontal lines.

BUY ROSES

You cannot buy rose bushes nor cut roses at De Rozenhof itself, but in Lottum there are various addresses where the roses you have seen in De Rozenhof are being sold.

Ask one of the volunteers for addresses.

De Rozenhof Lottum is a good starting/ending point for fascinating walking and cycling routes. Route descriptions and maps can be found on our website on the Visitors page under the heading Walking & Bicycle Routes.

A large-scale Rose Festival, as has taken place up to 2018, will no longer be organized. However, preparations are being made to hold a 2nd edition of the smaller-scale Rose Festival new style on the weekend of 9, 10, 11 August 2024. As soon as the plans are more definite, we will share detailed information about programming, opening hours and entrance fees on this website.
